Augmenting visibility, refining forecasting techniques, and optimizing demand planning processes

As a strategic initiative, our founder Jelica Baker, led the oversight, management, and implementation of Netstock at Cavallo, an international wholesaler. By integrating Netstock into Cavallo's operational framework, the brand aimed to bolster its ability to ensure timely wholesale deliveries and gain lucid insights into revenue streams.

When Jelica engaged with Cavallo, the brand was in the middle of digitizing its relationships between itself and vendors; however, its challenge was that its entire inventory was still on excel. There was no way for Vendors to easily order the products they needed; or, to Dropship Orders directly to Consumers on behalf of Vendors.

The implementation of Netstock enabled Cavallo to streamline its demand planning processes, fostering greater collaboration and alignment between various stakeholders across the supply chain. By synchronizing demand forecasts with production schedules, procurement plans, and distribution strategies, Cavallo was able to optimize its supply chain operations, reduce lead times, and enhance customer satisfaction.

"The implementation of Netstock at Cavallo entailed a comprehensive approach, involving meticulous planning, strategic execution, and continuous monitoring. Leveraging her expertise in technological integration, Jelica orchestrated the deployment of Netstock across various departments and operational workflows within Cavallo.

Cavallo could optimize its inventory levels, mitigate stockouts, and minimize excess inventory, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs. "
